International quality system compliant with ISO 9001:2015
Daphne Lab®, a brand used internationally also by Eldavia, adopts the ISO 9001 quality manual and system, integrating and strengthening the relationship of trust and transparency with customers. The new certifications obtained also confirm the traceability and calibration systems of Daphne Lab laboratory machines and microscopes for biospectrophotometric analyses relating to the BioMetaTests®.
The BioMetaTests were reported in a pilot study conducted by Health Authorities (such as ASL and AIAS), which demonstrated repeatability of the resulting data at 94%, with a statistical error of only 6%. Daphne Lab achieved the highest score – in the same class – at global level in healthcare studies for tests of the same category, both for studies certified by ASL and for ISO certifications and documented credentials regarding cases and customer satisfaction.
Daphne Lab management systems are controlled by very strict design grids defined by scientific parameters established by the European community and by international policies. All this falls within the scope of ISO 9001 in its new 2015 version. Daphne Lab systems and all BioMetaTest products, as well as DNA tests, comply with these Quality processes in order to apply a philosophy oriented toward the customer and not toward profit. The entire Daphne Lab group has been attentive for years to environmental issues and, in full respect of the functional ecosystem between man and nature, is committed to following the principles of EcoElia and adopting an ISO 14001 certified system and manual for the management of environmental impacts. Through these credentials, a service charter has been developed to ensure the highest Daphne Lab guarantees.

A statistical reliability validation was confirmed by a preliminary study project conducted in 2008 on Class M series MX ™ BioMetaTests with the new PALLADIUM ™ Technology. After a careful statistical study based on repeatability data of our BioMetaTests, the authorities confirmed that Daphne Lab technology reaches reliability and repeatability of 94%. In the field of non-conventional medicine BioMetaTests, this is a result that no company had ever achieved until then.
All Daphne Lab Thema BioMetaTests are produced according to European safety and reliability standards and are reported in accordance with UNI CEI ENV 13005 (guidelines for measurement uncertainty).
All Daphne Lab Thema products are registered and deposited. The various registered marks and Trade Marks ™ are property of Daphne Lab – Unizenic Limited. Daphne Lab technologies are proprietary, unique in the world and protected by patents filed with the Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
